The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati is featuring SUPERMAN as their first show of the Season!
SUPERMAN™ is the tale of Superman’s efforts to defeat a vengeful scientist, the new villain Dr. Abner Sedgwick, who seeks to destroy the world’s symbol of good. In this premiere adaptation of the 1966 musical, It’s a Bird, It’s a Plane, It’s Superman, this TYA-friendly musical will be sure to soar up, up and away into the hearts of all children and the young at heart.
We grew up watching the original Superman so I am excited to see how they will change things up for the stage. We were able to see a sneak peek of the gift the kiddos will get for Superman if they are in Crown Club. Trust me, you don’t want to miss out on that! My boys went crazy over it!!
Crown Club
If you don’t know about Crown Club you can check out the details on their website. We are new to Crown Club (formerly known as Kids Club) this year and they are changing things up a bit. You still get to meet the characters after the show for Q&A and autographs. Each child also gets a gift that pertains to each show. This year, they had a pre-Main Stage show meet up! The kids who are a part of Crown Club, were able to meet actors, get autographs, tour the Red Bank Children’s Facility, get their face painted and much more! It was a super fun morning for the kiddos.
