Bonnybrook Farms is hosting their first annual Summer Fun on the Farm Festival on Saturday, June 20th! I have never been to this farm, but am SO excited to attend this event!! I have heard so many amazing things about their Chuck Wagon Dinner Rides so I am sure this event will not disappoint either. There is nothing better than summer fun with the fam so mark your calendars!

Kick­Off your summer with a “Yeehaw!” at the First Annual Summer Fun on the Farm festival at Bonnybrook Farms. You won’t want to miss this sensational lineup of live country music, zesty BBQ, many signature attractions and fun contests for the entire family to enjoy!

The day starts out at 10am with a family fun 5K trail run/walk. The course will run throughout the 370 acres of beautiful farmland with fresh air, rolling hills and creek side views. Participants of the 5K will receive a t­shirt and FREE entry into the festival for the entire day.

At noon, let the music begin with the talented Noah Smith Band Nominated for the Cincinnati Entertainment Awards for B​est New Artist,​Best Country Artist and Best Singer/Songwriter.​ Next in the line­up is the popular Americana band, Wilder. We are excited to bring some fun country music to the farm!

Throughout the day, the Farm Kitchen will be serving smokin’ good BBQ and farm fresh sides. Enjoy a refreshing beer, ice-cold drink or ice cream as you take in the day’s events.

Want to try something unique? Bonnybrook Farms offers Summer Fun on the Farm activities with giant slingshots, clodhopper golf, archery and an 80’ underground slide. Various farm characters and friendly farm animals will also be there to greet you.

Looking for some friendly competition? We’ve got you covered with an ice cream eating contest, farmer’s race, cane pole fishing derby and more. Young or old, there is something for you here.

By 5:00pm, the fun is just getting started with an amazing show from 90 Proof Twang! Awarded the 2015 Best Country Music Band in the Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana tri­state area in 2015 by City Beat Magazine, you won’t want to miss their infectious energy and southern country/rock show.

A portion of the proceeds collected from the event will benefit River of Hope Ranch, a local non­profit offering equine­assisted mental health counseling to children, teens and adults. Bonnybrook Farms is located just 20 minutes east of Kings Island in Warren County. A beautiful 370 acre working farm with fresh air, fishing ponds, pumpkin fields, Todd Fork creek and lots of wildlife. The horses, ponies, donkeys, sheep, goats and chickens have always been a big part of Bonnybrook Farms. Sounds so fun! The food and music sound great. We would love to go there for the first time and it would be a fun outing to celebrate my son's bday!
