Kings Island All Season Dining Plan

by MHSjennie on June 10, 2014

I decided to take advantage of the NEW All Season Dining Plan this year that Kings Island is offering. Last year, we went to KI at least once a week and I would always have to spend time in the mornings to pack lunches for the 3 of us. Load up a cooler which I would have to carry around the park on the stroller and make sure it stayed cold until it was time to eat. This year, I wanted to keep it simple!

Depending on the type of pass you have and if you renewed last year, you can purchase the All Season Dining Plan for as low as $72! What is included with this?!

  • You get 2 meals per day with a minimum of 2 hours between each meal, per pass.
  • There are 8 different restaurants around the park where you can use your pass and I think the portions are good. I have one pass for me and the boys to split.
  • Portion Size examples: You get 2 slices of pizza with 2 breadsticks at Larosas (in addition to some other options there) or 2 cheese coneys and fries at skyline. I bring fruit cups, bananas or apples and some carrots and it is enough for the 3 of us to have a meal. No more packing!!!
  • I like that we can go up after nap time to watch a show and ride a few rides and get dinner when Steve works late. Bonus, mama doesn’t have to cook that night!

  • I have even gotten the food to go on our way out of the park so we can eat at home. There are so many ways you can best utilize the plan. You would have to use your pass around 6 times for you to get your money back. Anything above that is FREE!

I think this is such a STEAL this year! If you live close to KI and go at least 6 times (using only 1 meal per visit) or 3 times (using your 2 meal limit), it is a no brainer! Check out all of your options on their website.

Also, be sure to plan your summer visits around their fun events they offer, like Dive in Movie Nights and Breakfast with the Characters. They have some great live entertainment too and a new show that I heard was FAB, called Cirque Imagine.

Hope these little tips help save you some money and time! Happy Summer!

We love the dining plan at Cedar Point too! It is an excellent value for families, since sharing meals is more feasible.
