If you have been reading my posts for any length of time, you know I am slightly obsessed with essential oils. I use them for pretty much EVERYTHING! One of us is sick, I use it. Want a smell good home, diffuser with essential oils to the rescue. Having a rough day, smell a calming essential oil straight from the bottle for immediate relief. Making your own DIY lotions and scrubs, add your favorite essential oil to it for a fab smell! I even use my oils for cleaning and to get hard-core stains out of our clothes! I recently started looking at essential oil jewelry. I love the idea of taking your oils on the go in a fashionable way.
I was sent a beautiful bracelet from Essential Charm and let me tell you this bracelet is GORGEOUS! I had bought a really cheap bracelet over Christmas from another company and although the bracelet serves it purpose, it doesn’t even compare to the bracelet that I got from Essential Charm. If you aren’t into oils it may sound weird, but they really do work and breathing the scent in can have a huge effect on mood!

I would love to hear your experiences with essential oils and if you have used essential oil jewelry. Not all essential oils are equal, so I recommend doing your research. A lot of them have synthetic fragrances, water and other additives which just dilutes the oils and can cause headaches and other side effects that you don’t want when you are looking to use them therapeutically.
