All of us have been there…. we walk into our house and get knocked over by the smell of a dirty diaper that we left in the garbage! YUCK! I think we have all tried the diaper pails that claim to contain the smell, but then you open up that lid and are hit with a nice whiff of you know what! I was asked to try out the Whisper Diaper Pail and I was intrigued because it actually has a spray that eliminates the odor of the dirty diapers!

The Whisper Diaper Pail was easy to put together (the boys actually helped me!) and I like that it is hands free with the foot pedal. It has a smaller door within the top lid which is where you throw the diaper. What is so unique and different about this particular diaper pail is the ODOGard spray. It fits inside the pail and you just simply push a button on the top of the pail and it sprays the mist into the pail and traps those odors!! Guess what…. it WORKS!!! Stinky be gone :) The spray is a water-based formula and is safe, environmentally friendly and stable. It is safe around people and pets, is non-flammable with no ozone depleting chemicals and its eco-friendly formula complies with California’s EPA VOC standards! I loved this because I am picky about the products I use around my family and I feel safe using this spray. Another thing I loved is that you can use a trash bag you already have at home as the liner! No special liner required :) Mama likes EASY!

When we created our baby registry we knew we needed a diaper pail. After plenty of research we decided on the DIAPER GENIE. We were quite content with the Diaper Genie, especially when the little Man was on breast milk and formula. Flash forward to when the little Man started eating solids and I was not as happy with our Diaper Genie. I found myself emptying out the Diaper Genie more frequently, as the wafting of odors every time I opened the top were enough to stink up his entire nursery.
