This is one of my favorite smoothies! We LOVE all things kiwi in our house so why not blend it up in a smoothie too!

Ingredients
  1. 2 kiwi, peeled
  2. 1 cup grapes
  3. 2 cups water (or a liquid of your choice)
  4. 1 cup fresh or frozen mango
  5. 2 big handfuls of green leaf lettuce
  6. Optional: add 2 drops of doTERRA grapefruit essential oil (helps with cold and flu, weight loss, constipation to name a few)
Instructions
  1. Blend all together and drink up!
  2. Add any healthy extras: flax seed or oil, coconut oil, hemp powder, chia seeds
Notes
  1. I like buying grapes on sale and freezing them since organic grapes are hard to come buy. When I do see them, I buy a lot and then freeze for my smoothies.
  2. Kiwi is on the Clean 15 list so I buy these conventional from Costco in a big bag.

This is a great beginner smoothie because the taste is all fruity goodness, but you are still getting in your GREENS! You can see some of the nutritional benefits from the fruits in this smoothie here.
