The hubs seemed to think that now that he is taking Juice Plus, he doesn’t have to eat his fruits and veggies! Sorry babe, it just doesn’t work that way :) Juice Plus is not a replacement for eating fruits and veggies. Juice Plus can bridge the gap between what we do eat and what we SHOULD eat on a daily basis. The USDA recommends that we eat 7 -13 servings of fruits and veggies everyday – that is A LOT! While we do eat a lot of fruits and vegetables (more fruits than veg) , Juice Plus helps make up for what our diet might be lacking on any given day. There is just no way that I could get my family to eat the wide variety of fruits and veggies that is in the Juice Plus capsules and/or chewables. Juice Plus contains the antioxidants and phytonutrients from 17 different ORGANIC fruits and vegetables. We are now getting carrot, parsley, beets, broccoli, cabbage, spinach , tomatoes, oat bran, rice bran, apples, oranges, pineapple, cranberry, peach, cherry and papaya EVERY DAY!!! That’s why Juice Plus is such a nutritional powerhouse. I am fortunate that my boys eat most things, but think of how much better moms out there could sleep at night knowing their picky eaters are getting all these fruits and veggies JUST by chewing a yummy FOOD!
