I have not done a great job keeping Cody’s clothes organized as he has grown out of them (is that a never-ending job or what?!) and I now HAD to get a handle on them since I have little Grayson who is needing the hand-me-downs! Although I can never start a project and finish it in one sitting (who can with kids?!), over the course of 3 days I now have everything organized!!
After trying different ways to sort, I decided to organize the clothes into different bins:
- NB-12 months
- 12-24 months
- 2T
- 3T
- 4T
- 5T
- 6T
- Hats/ Gloves/ Scarves
- Shoes
- Halloween Costumes
- Holidays
All finished! Dark blue- clothes. Light blue- holiday, shoes, hats etc.
Life is now going to be SO much easier AND as they each grow out of clothes, I have a large bag in each of their closets that I can put the clothes in and throw them into the appropriate bins!!
