  • Bok Choy Chinese Cabbage to taste
  • 1 lb of ground pork
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • green onion to taste
  • Pot sticker Wraps
  • Pot sticker Gyoza Sauce
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and spoon small amounts onto the wraps.
  2. Seal them by rimming the ends to the wraps with water with your finger. Then take a fork around the edge to seal it completely.
  3. Add 3 tbs veg oil in a wok or pan on high, add the pot stickers and brown. Once brown, add 1 cup of water and cover. Turn down to simmer, cover and wait until the water evaporates.
  4. Enjoy!
**This recipe makes a lot of pot stickers. You can freeze what you don’t want to eat (before cooking) and then just take out as many as you want for a meal and throw straight into your wok!**
