Basic Whole Grain Pancakes

Mix in this order:

  • 2 cups of super flour
  • 2 tsp of baking soda or baking powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbs oil or melted butter
This makes a lot of pancakes! Freeze the extras and you can take them straight out of the freezer and put into the toaster for a healthy, quick morning meal!
Make your own syrups or add fresh fruit to spice up this recipe!
