Super Flour

You can use plain whole wheat flour in your recipes or for added protein and a higher nutritional value try this:
- 1 tbs soy flour
- 1 tbs wheat germ
- 1 tsp brewer’s yeast
- Top off the cup with whole wheat flour to fill the balance of the cup.
